Key highlights included the launch of PreCase Manager for automatic pre-case creation, Module Manager for centralized intake and task assignment, and Email2Case for transforming email content into structured cases. 

We also presented updates to Literature Manager for AI-powered screening and Narrative Follow-Up, an innovative feature that suggests follow-up narratives and detects contextual changes.
