AB Cube automates to speed delivery of new SafetyEasy® system releases
As part of our total commitment to business transformation through automation, AB Cube has achieved a complete automation of our internal process for verification and validation of new SafetyEasy® Suite system releases.
Since AB Cube provides customers with pre-validated solutions within a highly regulated environment, our focus is on ensuring that our validation processes are – at all times – robust, based on consolidated information and fully aligned with GAMP®5-Edition 2 recommendations. In order to speed the delivery of new system releases to our customers, we were looking for a testing automation solution to minimise manual effort while meeting our rigorous quality standards.
In a project led by AB Cube’s Head of Validation and Quality Atika Mahfoudi, and working in collaboration with our trusted supplier Cerberus Testing, our non-regression test cycle for new releases has now been transformed – with the previous 3-week resource-intensive process reduced to just 3 hours.
This successful streamlining ensures that we can roll out the benefits and enhancements of new SafetyEasy® Suite system releases to our customers much faster, with the same assurance of quality and compliance.

INDUSTRY DATAPOINT: Growing shift towards PV automation, AI and ML
Life sciences commercialization company Indegene reports some noteworthy findings following its recent trends survey of 100 pharmacovigilance professionals across Europe and the US.
Highlight survey results:
⚙️Around 25% of those surveyed reported that their organizations currently operate an automation level of 20% for case processing
📈 The same respondents foresee a major surge in case processing automation – expecting it to surpass 60% within the next 12 months
🚀For AE monitoring and intake processes, 43% reported current automation levels of 40%, with 42% aiming for automation of 80% and above within the next year
The survey insights reveal a clear shift in the industry towards recognizing and embracing the benefits of automation, AI and machine learning to achieve operational efficiencies, improve compliance, and create sustainable competitive advantage.
AB CUBE DATAPOINT: Driving customer satisfaction with support excellence
We’re proud to share the results of our latest customer delivery and satisfaction survey, which we debuted to attendees of our recent customer webinar.
Our year-on-year results comparison shows that the number of new support tickets raised by SafetyEasy® users has halved since 2022, with a 5x reduction in unresolved tickets. Overall, our positive rating from customer has increased by 7% to 83%. Great news!
